The West Bank is "disputed territory" rather than occupied, the Fourth Geneva Convention does not apply to it, the international courts are politically biased, and settlement is lawful under historic rights.

International Court of Justice, advisory opinion of 19 July 2024: Israel’s presence in the entire occupied Palestinian territory, the West Bank, East Jerusalem, and Gaza, is unlawful and must end as rapidly as possible; settlement is unlawful and must be dismantled with reparations; and Israel’s policies breach the prohibition on apartheid and racial segregation under Article 3 of CERD. The General Assembly endorsed implementation by 124 votes to 14.
