Six sections added and the full English version published. The complete text of this version is not available in the archive, as no separate copy was preserved before v2.1 was issued. What changed in it is documented in the changelog.
The first version: seven pillars and the era matrix. The complete text is not available in the archive for the same reason. Its contents are described in the changelog.
Why this archive exists
The study deals in figures that change, and in sources that publish preliminary estimates and later revise them. When that happens, the honest option is to correct the figure while leaving the error visible, not to replace it silently. The archived versions here let any reader compare for themselves what was said before against what is said now, and judge the method rather than only the conclusion.
By the same logic, the first two versions (v1.0 and v2.0) are not available in full because this archiving mechanism did not yet exist when they were published. Stating that gap here is more honest than concealing it.
